We work alongside Staffordshire Police in an innovative scheme to help locate vulnerable people with dementia who are at risk of going missing, across the county. The ‘Herbert Protocol’ is an early intervention scheme designed to find people suffering from dementia more quickly, should they leave their homes and go missing.
We provide direct payment and invoice led services on behalf of Staffordshire County Council. Providing maintanence packages of care to support ongoing needs and reablement packages to help support patients back to independent living, after long stays in hospital.
We work closely with community nursing and therapy services in South and East Staffordshire to ensure we provide care which is responsive to our service users health needs and overall wellbeing.

We use app and web based softwear from Birdie Care to record our daily service user notes, this system also has a Serice user and relative portal so that notes can be viewed when required.
We use an online web based softwear to schedule staff and service user visits. This allows us to monitor the care our service users are receiving.
We work with Acacia Training, who offer our employees the chance to obtain Diplomas in Health and Social Care during their time with us. We believe providing training opportunities for our employees helps ensure our services remain safe and effective.
